it acts like wires for minecraft. it can transport energy across terrain

a power level of '15'
but the redstone power
still ends after 15 blocks

if a piece of redstone dust with a power level of 1 or higher hits it, it will boost it to a power level of 15. it can also be used for adding delay to a redstone circuit or line. the farther away the first torch is from the second torch the more the delay you can add delay to a repeater by interacting with it
